Dr. Kary Lyon has made it his life-long duty to provide exceptional eye care that is not only affordable, but personalized to the entire family. Dr. Lyon believes that quality eye care brings clarity to not only your sight, but to your life. He runs his practice in the heart of Cool Springs, located in the Aspen Brook Centre building. Dr. Kary Lyon Optometry is a two-person team consisting of himself and his office manager, Jill. Together they run a professional, yet lively practice, that strives to bring a new perspective to ocular care and to their patients' everyday lives.
 

Dr. Kary Lyon, Optometrist

Dr. Lyon has been practicing primary care optometry for over 28 years and the last 19 years in the Cool Springs area. His practice experience includes working with patients of all ages and those with special needs. He attended MTSU where he graduated Magnum Cum Laude in 1983 and earned a bachelors degree in Chemistry. He attended the University Center for the Health Sciences Medical School from 1983 to 1985. Then he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1990 from Southern College of Optometry O.D. as class valedictorian.
 

Jill Gauci, Office Manager

Jill has worked with Dr. Kary Lyon for over twelve years as his office manager. She schedules patient's appointments, files and reconciles insurance payments, and trains patients on how to wear contacts. She received a bachelors degree in business management from Detroit College of Business in 1987. She enjoys providing superior service to their patients as well as cultivating a friendly and compassionate office environment.
